"I recently had the Toshiba Daiseikai Air conditioning unit installed in my home (kitchen) for purely heating purposes – we have a large kitchen which was impossible to heat (5 conventional radiators installed which didn’t heat the room).

We decided on the Toshiba Daiseikai because:
It had an AA rating which meant it was extremely efficient and cost effective to run
It was small and compact – fits in nicely over the cooker
Ease control via a user friendly remote control
Easy to setup timer function allows system to be programmed for cold mornings/evenings
Air purification function very useful for providing clean odorless air

Since its installation I’ve seen a huge reduction in my gas bills, no need to have the gas heating on in the morning for the whole house, just set the AC timer to come on an hour before we get up. Also AC timer set to come in the evening to compliment the gas heating.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the Toshiba Daiseikai for home heating. Also, although not called for too often in this country, on the odd occasion when we have held parties in our home, and the kitchen heats up too much, we put the Daisekai on cooling which works extremely well."
