It is a common misconception that air-conditioning is for cooling only.  On this little island of ours as we all know it is a rare occassion when we would need to cool our homes! Air-conditioning can also be used for heating.  Take for example the weather of the past two days which was warm and beautiful and then we wake up this morning to a cold wet damp day.  Most of us despair of turning back on our heating -  however if you spend a good deal of your time in your kitchen as a lot of us do - have a unit installed in your kitchen, turn it on with the touch of a button and in minutes you have a toasty warm kitchen with none of the heating bills you would have with the heating on.
